What will you learn during the training?
During FAFS training, participants learn how to act in the event of an accident, fire or evacuation. A certified instructor covers the most important theory and ensures that there is also plenty of practice. Among other things, we cover how to act as a first aid fire security worker.
- Be able to perform first aid.
- Must perform CPR and operate an AED.
- Properly apply pressure and cover dressing.
- Can act in case of choking.
- Fighting an starting fire.
The number of in-house emergency response workers within a company is not set by law, but every employer is required to organize proper in-house emergency response (FAFS). Often companies ensure that there are always trained in-house FAFS officers, meaning that at least two employees are trained as FAFS officers.
