VSR-KMS

Objective quality control

When cleaning buildings, it is important to measure quality in a clear and objective way. For this purpose, the VSR Quality Measurement System (VSR-KMS) was developed in cooperation with TNO. This system provides a reliable standard for assessing cleaning results using clear, uniform criteria. With VSR-KMS, cleaning companies and clients can jointly establish a desired quality level so that cleaning quality can be accurately monitored and guaranteed.

How do we work?

Daily on-site quality monitoring

VSR-DKS

In addition to the VSR-KMS for final inspection, there is the VSR Daily Control System (VSR-DKS). This system makes it easy for managers on site to check the daily cleaning quality and quickly gain insight into the work performed. Any deviations become immediately visible, making adjustments possible even during the cleaning process. This allows the team to make quick adjustments to ensure quality. The VSR-DKS also connects well with the VSR-KMS, allowing internal checks to be smoothly coordinated with external quality measurements.

What is the experience and background of the consultants at CCD?

Our specialists have diverse experience and backgrounds, often at renowned chemical suppliers, in industrial laundries or food preparation. This broad expertise – combined with a business background – enables us to offer customized solutions and advice. Just as we provide regular training for our customers, we also continuously invest in the development of our own employees so that they are always up to date with the latest developments in the field.

How do I schedule a consultation with CCD?

On our contact page, you’ll find several ways to get in touch with us quickly. Together, we’ll easily schedule an initial digital consultation to discuss your needs and questions.

Does CCD also provide equipment or just consulting?

CCD offers advice as well as measuring materials and additional equipment. Many of our measurement materials can be self-analyzed with the right equipment. Examples include incubators for incubating RODAC plates and Petrifilms, or our tintmeter (TRA) for measuring whiteness and stain removal in combination with dirt and stain cloths such as ICM, WCM or MSM. We also supply industrial temperature loggers including associated equipment and software for data processing. You can also contact us for testing textiles for water repellency with a spray tester. So we offer a total package of solutions for your cleaning processes.

Where is CCD located and what regions do you operate in?

CCD is located in Vught, the Netherlands. Our specialists visit customers on site in both the Netherlands and Flanders. In addition, we deliver materials worldwide. All shipments are sent quickly and reliably via well-known parcel services, including track & trace, so you can always follow the delivery.
