Wireless temperature monitoring during the washing process

Temperature is a crucial factor in washing and cleaning processes. To assess the performance of your equipment, a reliable and calibrated measuring instrument is essential. After years of using our own Temperature Registration Module (TRM), we have been an official distributor of TELID® sensor data loggers since 2024.

With RFID technology, these data loggers offer innovative possibilities, including wireless measurement and recording of temperature. This makes them perfect for washing, drying and other industrial cleaning processes that require accurate temperature control.

TELID® 311 – Smart and reliable temperature recording.

The TELID® 311 data logger is a compact and versatile solution for temperature measurements in demanding environments. Thanks to its integrated sensor, real-time clock, battery and data memory, this logger accurately and reliably records all temperature values.

Using the RFID reader and intuitive software, you easily set up the logger and start measuring immediately. The TELID® 311 has the following features:

• IP67 rating – Water and dust proof for maximum durability
• Temperature range from -30°C to +125°C – Suitable for extreme conditions
• Measurement accuracy ≤ 0.5°C (at 0°C to +60°C) and ≤ 2.0°C above 60°C
• High resolution – Temperature measurements with a precision of ≤ 0.2°C
• Fast reaction time – Thermal time constant in water ≤ 2 minutes (10% to 90%)
• Flexible measurement frequency – Adjustable to ≤ 10 seconds

Like our earlier TRM module, the TELID® 311 withstands industrial washing processes, centrifuges, dewatering presses and shakers. Thanks to years of practical experience, we know that the built-in battery lasts at least one year under normal use. Is the logger in need of replacement? Then simply order a new one.

User-friendly software and data processing

With the included TELID® software, you easily program and read the TELID® 311 data logger. The measurement data can be saved in various formats:

• CSV – For data analysis and export to spreadsheets
• XML – For integration into larger data systems
• PDF charts – For visual interpretation and reporting

For easy and efficient operation, the logger is configured with the iID®DESKTOPsmart RFID reader. This USB interface with Plexiglass housing works seamlessly with the TELID® software and allows:

• Set measurement intervals and limit values
• Select the desired measurement mode: “Stop full” or “Roll over”
• Add user-specific data

This makes the TELID® 311 a flexible and powerful tool for temperature monitoring in washing and cleaning processes.

Delivery options: loose or complete kit

The TELID® 311 data loggers are available as singles or in a complete kit. If you choose the complete kit, you get everything you need to start temperature measurements right away.
Complete kit contents:

• 2x TELID® 311 data loggers
• 1x iID®DESKTOPsmart RFID reader with USB connection
• TELID® software package for programming and reading the loggers

All data loggers are supplied calibrated ex-factory. Optionally, we can perform an additional calibration, with a calibration certificate included.
The required software can be easily downloaded for smooth installation and use.

Periodic calibration for reliable measurements

To ensure that you are always working with an accurately calibrated TELID® 311, we recommend periodic calibration. We offer a professional calibration service to ensure that your measurements remain reliable and meet the highest standards.

Also suitable for steam sterilization
Want to accurately monitor the temperature in your autoclave? The TELID® data loggers are ideally suited for this purpose. Because steam sterilization requires a higher temperature range than the standard TELID® 311, the TELID® 311.ac was developed.
With an extended temperature range of up to +140°C and a pressure resistance of up to 3.6 bar, this data logger is ideal for sterilization processes.

Robust and resistant to extreme conditions
The TELID® 311.ac is specially designed for intensive applications in sterilization environments. The housing is made entirely of stainless steel (RVS) and a specially selected plastic, making the logger resistant not only to water but also to all common cleaning products.
Thanks to its large storage capacity, the logger can record more than 8,000 data packets, including sensor values and time stamps. The measurement intervals can be flexibly set between one and 59 minutes, depending on your sterilization process.

High measurement accuracy and long service life

The sensor of the TELID® 311.ac offers an accuracy of up to ± 0.5°K, depending on the temperature range. This ensures reliable and precise measurements even under extreme conditions.

The integrated, non-exchangeable battery has a service life of approximately three
