How do I schedule a consultation with CCD?
On our contact page, you’ll find several ways to get in touch with us quickly. Together, we’ll easily schedule an initial digital consultation to discuss your needs and questions.
What is the delivery time of materials?
Many of our measuring tools are available directly from stock. Often we can even ship them the same day via parcel service. Because we always want to supply materials with a sufficiently long shelf life, it may occasionally happen that certain products are temporarily out of stock. In that case, we will inform you quickly and clearly about the situation. All shipments are provided with track & trace, so you can easily follow the delivery as soon as it is sent by us.
Can CCD help with specific technical problems in my washing process?
Yes, definitely! During a laundry process audit, our specialists follow the entire process from start to finish. This is done using a written out washing process, usually provided by the detergent supplier. We perform visual assessments as well as measurements with a calibrated temperature logger and other measuring devices. With these, we compare the performance of the washing process with the expected settings and previous measurements. If possible, we also take water samples during different phases of the washing process so that we can perform even more detailed analyses and recommend targeted improvements.

Absolutely! As an independent consulting firm, our specialty is to objectively assess the performance of cleaning processes.
