In order for us to offer in-depth, active and targeted support, we have a close partnership with a number of laundries and have developed a new form of consultancy. This consists of four modules: process, product quality, hygiene and microbiology and audit and evaluation. The focus in all modules is on identifying bottlenecks, support with substantive knowledge and full evaluation of controls. We have deliberately left room for cooperation between consultant and company, a method we find very effective.
